Clients in previous commissions include all leading trading banks as well as numerous second tier and mezzanine financiers.
AMPM offers specific expertise in the thorough identification of risk factors, and review of contract, procurement and process-related risks. Our services also extend to management of finance drawdowns for all project costs including FF&E, fitout costs and 'soft costs' such as statutory approvals, professional fees, sales commissions and letting costs.
