  • Community facilities for government, municipality or not-for-profit sector clients, including preparation of demonstratable demand assessment
  • Commercial development, including NPV or residual value calculations
  • Commercial or quasi-commercial developments where assessment of financial and non-financial project costs and benefits is assessed over a forecast period of operations
