Effective administration of a building contract ensures the construction phase progresses smoothly, while the client's interests are maintained. We act as our client's eyes and ears on site, and ensure information that flows to the contractor is clear, efficient and correct. We carefully monitor all contractual documentation including variation instructions, extension of time claims and all certificates.
