AMPM has developed considerable expertise in the development of sport and recreation facilities for both local government clients and clubs.
Our experience includes a wide range of facilities from tennis and netball courts, oval and field sports, field and court lighting, track and field facilities, clubhouses and grandstands. From a minor club upgrade to a regional facility or multi-facility master plan, we can assist.
We are able to quantitatively assess facility demand, document facility needs analysis, plan facilities (including analysing multi-use proposals), secure grant funding, assess site constraints, consult with stakeholders to develop a project brief, undertake master planning and design management, strategically procure works in accordance with probity requirements, and manage the construction phase.
