Our project management staff are able to guide a multi-disciplinary design team to achieve functional and practical outcomes, through establishing tangible measures on which design can be benchmarked against established industry norms. Where appropriate, less tangible goals such as aesthetic goals can be incorporated and managed.
We are able to undertake or direct wide-ranging consultation with end users to ensure the project brief is developed with well-defined and well-understood specific design requirements, while also providing a mechanism to measure user ‘wish list’ items against tangible project goals set at the corporate or departmental level.
AMPM is also able to add value during the construction phase, ensuring the client’s contractual rights are represented by a team of construction industry experts.
