Adam's background in South Australia includes a complete spectrum of health and aged care projects, ensuring an understanding at the highest levels of AMPM management of this challenging sector. Of course, Adam's personal experience is now complemented by a team of experienced project managers.
Project experience of our team includes design and delivery of major tertiary hospitals, hospital refurbishments (both private and public), aged care facilities (from independent living to high dependency care), private clinics, and mixed-use medical centre developments.
Services previously provided include financial feasibility studies, master planning of site development, design management and coordination, procurement management (under traditional, managing contractor and alliance contracting models), value management, programming, contract superintedency and contract administration roles, project reporting and cost management.
