AMPM has been commissioned to provide project management consultancy services for a wide range of large and small capital works projects for Sunshine Coast Waste and Resource Management. Whilst one of the smaller projects in capital value, this project included prioritisation of upgrade works to a large number of individual sitesthrough out the region, and included liaison with external stakeholders and Councils legal representatives
