Telstra Fitouts
AMPM's principal, Adam Matthews, was commissioned to provide cost management and quantity surveying services for the refurbishment of 22 floors of Telstra House, Adelaide.
Adam worked with designers to establish appropriate budgets for each floor based on national benchmarking analysis, provided design advice and guidance to deliver each floor within budget, and provided thorough reporting for each fitout project. This included contract administration, variation negotiation and assessment of progress claims throughout the construction phase for each stage.
All floor fitout projects were successfully managed to achieve cost and time benchmarks.
