Sports Field Lighting
Moreton Bay Regional Council appointed AMPM to project manage the design, tender and construction of three sports field lighting projects:
- Kinsellas Oval
- Woodside Oval
- John Oxley Reserve
The scope of works at each field varied - one included additional light poles to complete the original intended design, another included the upgrade of existing lighting to improve the usability of all fields, and the third required a complete lighting solution.
Each site required design documentation, identification of stakeholder requirements, coordination of authoriry approvals, tender management in accordance with local government procurement procedures, construction management and project close out.
AMPM also liaised with Telstra on behalf of MBRC for the installation of a communications tower at one of these locations.
