Sheep Station Creek Park

Sheep Station Creek Park is an existing 25 Ha recreation park area in Morayfield. Moreton Bay Regional Council required proposed beautification works to improve the amenity of the park and provide solutions toward creating a more useable and viable open space whilst enhancing the capacity and function of the stormwater runoff.

Further requirements of MBRC were that the proposed beautification works:

1. improve the amenity of the park, and
2. create a more useable and viable open space, that
3. it is maintainable, whilst
4. enhancing the capacity and function of the stormwater runoff, and
5. provide environmental rehabilitation of the site.

AMPM's scope of services included overall site master planning, constraints identification and mapping, cost management, and detailed planning and procurement of Stage 1 works.
