Samford State School

AMPM have been commissioned to deliver the Samford State School - BER (P21) project which includes a new resource centre and community hall extensions.

AMPM's initial review of the brief identified significant risks associated with land tenure - part of the project bring an upgrade of a Council owned facility delivered under a previous DET / Council joint development agreement. AMPM's ability to quickly hone in on the critical land tenure issues and to facilitate a negotiated JDA, lease and user licence between the three parties (DET / Council / P&C) has ensured the project can proceed without delay to the tight BER program deadlines.

AMPM have lead the consultant team to define the school's requirements through a well structured and detailed technical design brief. This has enhanced the certainty in a successful ultimate completion.

The project is on program and has incorporated a comprehensive range of Client 'wish list' items, in addition to the essential scope.
