Samford Parklands

Samford Parklands is a 20 Ha sports and recreation development just north of the village of Samford. The development was staged over five years and included various recreational facilities such as tennis and netball courts, a sports pavilion, soccer fields, multi-use areas, recreational trails, archery fields, landscaping, roads & car parking and Mt Samson Rd upgrade.

AMPM was commissioned by Moreton Bay Regional Council as the Project Manager. AMPM's focus was on strategic planning and delivery of all components of the project put the first stage in a good position to commence as planned and within budget.

Services provided included preparation of feasibility reports, funding applications, assistance with authority approvals, design management, tender management, superintendency and planning.
