Russell Family Park
AMPM has been engaged by Sunshine Coast Regional Council to provide overall project management for the master plan review, detailed scoping, procurement strategy and design management for a public passive recreation park in the centre of Montville - one of the Sunshine Coast's premier tourism precincts.
Some of the project challenges include developing a landscape design pallet that is sympathetic to the existing heritage precinct whilst achieving design code requirements and budget constraints.
The park also includes a natural water course where water quality improvements form a key outcome for the project scope, requiring careful design of civil and landscape works to enhance overland flow water quality.
