AMPM have been commissioned to manage a program of 100 houses a year for Redbark Properties.

Our services have included development of a tailored contract pack including special construction contract conditions tailored to ensure effective control of the projects, development of a comprehensive specification, negotiation of construction costs, inspection of works under construction and final defects inspections prior to handover to investors.
