AMPM was commissioned to provide financier prudential services in relation to this landmark Sunshine Coast project.
This included reviewing the developer's budget, contracting strategy and forms of contract, design, variations and cash flow in order to represent the interests of the project financier.
AMPM's role included all aspects of the project such as reviewing 'soft costs', statutory approvals, furniture and fitting costs, unit sales agreements, developer's marketing materials and disclosure statements.
AMPM were also responsible for undertaking regular inspections to control loan draw-down requests during construction.
