Quad Park Western Clubhouse
AMPM was appointed Project Manager for this project reporting to both Quad Park Corporation as the direct client, and to the project sponsors, Caloundra City Council.
AMPM's professionalism and skill in delivering the project on time, as well as providing all stakeholders with transparent reporting, has helped to ensure that Quad Park was successful in securing further grant funding for future projects.
Through appropriately cost-conscious design management and a tender process tailored to achieve a competitive outcome, AMPM also achieved significant savings in the cost of constructing the original project scope. Surplus funds were invested in providing additional facilities including a 60m2 increase in the Clubhouse area and the addition of a commercial kitchen facility with cold room.
