Quad Park Sports Clubhouse
A previously dilapidated and underused sports clubhouse was well overdue for a makeover.
AMPM was commissioned to revitalise this facility before commencement of the next sports season. The project required a complete fitout, a 40m2 internal sports bar extension and a 50m2 external covered spectator/servery deck area together with additions to plumbing and toilet facilities in each of the four change rooms; an upgraded first aid room with emergency access ramp; referees room and CEO office.
With a two and a half month deadline for design and construction (December and March) and an immediate start required, AMPM achieved a fast track outcome, within a fixed budget.
The experience of AMPM staff in also supervising the workmen engaged in this project led to its delivery on time and with the cost saving to the client applied to providing desirable 'extras'.
