Adam Matthews was commissioned to provide value engineering after tenders closed significantly in excess of budget for the Adelaide Performing Arts Centre project.
Adam investigated numerous alternatives including partial and full redesign.
Adam negotiated with the successful tenderer to achieve millions of dollars in savings initiatives. A new budget was established and the project proceeded to construction.
The project was successfully delivered on time and within the revised budget.
