Nundah State School
AMPM have been commissioned to deliver the Nundah State School - BER (P21) project which includes a multi-purpose hall, tennis courts and car park.
AMPM's initial review of the brief for this project identified some significant risks of cost increases associated with the originally selected site. AMPM were able to identify an alternative site (on the school grounds), whilst maintaining the tight program for project definition. The estimated $150,000 saving achieved through the alternative site has been directed into achieving additional value for the school.
AMPM have lead the consultant team to define the school's requirements through a well structured and detailed technical design brief. This has enhanced the certainty in a successful ultimate completion.
The project is currently on track to deliver successfully on time and budget constraints.
