Nolan Park Junior Motorsport Facility
Moreton Bay Regional Council committed to the provision of a junior motorsport facility. It is planned to develop this facility within an existing industrial estate and for the facility function three to four times a week.
AMPM was commissioned by MBRC to provide project management for the delivery of the Development Approval / MCU and related engineering assessments.
AMPM identified the planning process required to deliver the DA and procured the required planning reports including traffic management, acoustics, flooding, stormwater management, environmental management and treatment of acid sulphate soils.
Whilst the site presented a range of challenges, our approach to carefully assess the broad range of issues and constraints ensured that the ulimate design solution was able to be reliably implemented in accordance with the attained Development Approval.
