Nautilus Resort
This project is typical of many requests received by AMPM from Body Corporate Managers and Committees, requiring refurbishment for a major resort - the Nautilus Resort at Mooloolaba.
First engaged to advise on and formalise a contract embodying arrangements determined by a sub-committee of unit holders, AMPM was subsequently engaged to programme the works, to liaise with all parties, to project manage and adopt the role of Superintendent of Works.
These works include remedial repairs and upgrading; application of roof membrane; general repainting and miscellaneous minor works.
As with all Body Corporate work, there is an overriding need to preserve the peaceable enjoyment of resort occupiers and guests during the conduct of the works.
