Mountain Creek Community Centre
AMPM assisted the Mountain Creek State School P&C to plan and develop a $7.5M Community Centre, conceived as a joint school and community facility.
Our role included developing a brief for the proposed facility based on defined user needs, appointing a consultant team to develop schematic design concepts, preparation of a financial feasibility study and business case. We also assisted the P&C to secure capital funding for the project through lodgement of grant and other applications with local, state and federal government agencies.
