Mooloolah Valley Subdivision

The Clients appointed AMPM to project manage a 20 lot residential subdivision in the Mooloolah Valley township.

AMPM completed a preliminary due diligence investigation and feasibility study. Then coordinated a team of specialist consultants to prepare site investigations as inputs to a process of optimisation of the proposed plan of subdivision, prior to lodgement of a development application.
