Marion Cultural Centre
Adam was involved in providing cost mangement services during the design and construction phase of this unique and challenging building.
The project involved the creation of a library and cultural centre where the name "Marion" was expressed through the structure, finishes and landscaping elements. The design utilised both conventional and experimental materials and techniques to create a focus for the local community in suburban Adelaide.
Cost planning, construction techniques, quality management and design detailing were all given unique challenges in achieving the vision for this landmark building.
