Leachate Tank Farms
AMPM were commissioned to deliver pumping and storage systems at the Nambour and Eumundi Road landfills to collect and store leachate to improve the efficiency of leachate disposal.
The first of these projects was developed as a prototype, with a cooperative investigation and delivery approach implemented. This has allowed the development of a model for roll-out of future infrastructure, with AMPM now assisting in the delivery of further leachate management infrastructure on each major landfill site, as well as a region-wide electronic monitoring and live reporting system to provide for the comprehensive management of waste leachate.
AMPM provided services including procurement strategy and documentation, design management; as well as construction supervision and administration.
