AMPM often works with Body Corporate organisations to manage capital works and major refurbishment and maintenance works. This project includes the refurbishment of a swimming pool plaza, gazebo, toilet facilities as well as construction of an adjacent bridge, and car parking upgrade. AMPM was subsequently appointed for the next major project - a resurfacing of the Body Corp road network
