Girraween Sports Precinct
AMPM were appointed by Sunshine Coast Regional Council to deliver a major community sport and recreation facility in Noosa. The Girraween Sports Complex will include 4 sports fields, athletics facilities, club house and criterion track.
From completion of initial technical studies, AMPM's original commission included master planning the site, consulting with all stakeholders and end users, management of concept, schematic and detailed design, and developing a procurement strategy. During this numerous value management improvements were identified and implemented, saving around $2.0M in construction cost.
AMPM has now been commissioned to undertake the next phase of works.
