Cook Islands Harbours Rehabilitation
AMPM was initially commissioned to review tender documents and submissions for the rehabilitation of three harbours in the Cook Islands. It was soon recognised that the project was in jeopardy of running well over budget and time. There were also some major inherent risks in the project due to the design and construct delivery method then under consideration.
AMPM provided strategic advice regarding the most suitable delivery method to achieve the desired outcomes.
AMPM were commissioned to procure design services for the delivery of the three harbours in accordance with AMPM's recommended delivery strategy including preparation of project brief and tender documents for consultancy services.
