Car Park & Roadwork Constructions
Typical of many of the civil projects undertaken by AMPM are the car parking and roadwork constructions conducted in conjunction with AMPM's Stadium contract and previous Western Fields contract for the Quad Park Corporation.
AMPM was appointed as Project Managers for these project's reporting to both the Corporation as our direct client, and to the project sponsors: Caloundra City Council and Queensland State Government.
AMPM finds that one of the key factors determining cost and value for money is in selecting the appropriate tendering strategy for each project - and in its timing.
AMPM prides itself in providing all stakeholders with transparent reporting. This stakeholder communication helped to ensure Quad Park was successful in securing further grant funding for future projects.
