Capital Works Programming 08/09
AMPM was commissioned by Moreton Bay Regional Council to assist with the programming of their 08/09 Parks & Reserves capital works projects.
Some 80 projects ranging from $10K to $6.5M were programmed into a project schedule considering stakeholder requirements, resources, funding and cashflow.
This enabled MBRC Parks to procure and deliver their capital works projects in a timely manner while enabling simplified and improved management of their cashflow and funding.
This also enhanced the ability to provide structured timely reporting to group management during the process of Council amalgamation and restructuring.
