2010 - 2012 Capital Works Program
As a result of our strong relationship with the Waste and Resources Management department, AMPM were commissioned to assist in the development of project briefs and budgets for the entire 2010 Capital Works program.
Potential projects were identified, scoped and documented. AMPM then developed strategic procurement documentation (tender documents) for all projects prioritised for delivery in the 2010/11 financial year. AMPM worked closely with W&RM staff to develop RFQ documentation that was clear, concise, technical in nature, used to seek external quotations from Council Procurement Panels and met the specifications for the delivery of the individual projects.
Following the success of this work, AMPM were again commissioned to provide similar services for the 2011/12 financial year program of works.
