After an early career in quantity surveying, contract administration, programming and construction cost estimation, Adam’s professional focus soon turned to ‘front end’ cost planning where he gained a reputation for his ability to find effective solutions for clients with budget problems. Adam was often brought in to assist design teams with cost management services for major State Government, and was often successful in providing a project rescue service.
Adam boasts extensive professional experience across a huge variety of projects in all industry sectors and with a wide range of delivery systems. Adam has achieved successful project outcomes using traditional project delivery, design and construct, novation contracting, formal project partnering and alliance contracting, cost plus and construction management. His ability to select the most appropriate procurement technique for the project is of considerable benefit in achieving optimal project outcomes.
